Shipping from China

  1. Products without specific shipping origin information are assumed to be shipped from China.
  2. If the goods do not reach you safely, including loss or death during transportation, we will refund 30% of the product price (excluding postage).
  3. The transportation usually takes about 7 - 12 days. There is a relatively high risk, but the freight and the price of ants are lower.

Shipping from Vietnam

  1. All products shipped from Vietnam will be marked with "VN".
